My Theme Song

When Dr. Smith told us to pick a theme song to represent our lives, my first thought was " oh crap I have no idea." I am completely jealous that Dr. Smith has exactly one song that fits him perfectly for his life. I immediately pulled out my phone and started going through my hundreds of songs that fit me perfectly. I discovered that there are so many songs that I love for different occasions such as love or pain. How can there just be one song that perfectly defines me in 3 minutes. One song that has always brought me peace and motivation is " Dear Younger Me" by MercyMe. The song is about a man that is talking to himself when he was younger and the main summary of the song is that you can go back and regret and be hard on yourself but that is not the best idea. The past is what makes us stronger and there is a reason that everything has happened. I have made many mistakes in my life but I refuse to regret them because I know that there is a reason for them.
